Production sanitary ceramic
The Aqua Prestige porcelain is all made by hand. Great craftsmanship and unrivaled experience ensure that pottery meets the highest expectations. The various steps of the production process such as casting, glazing, manual finishing and polishing provide a craftsmanship that no machine can surpass.
The finest clay is removed from the mold, smoothed and updated with love for the product and a good dose of craftsmanship. These pieces can dry for 5 days and are then baked for 17 hours in a special oven, at a temperature of 1215 ° C. Each product then receives 3 layers of glaze. This way they get that sparkling, glassy depth that nicely illustrates how these products excel in quality and finish.
